This meatloaf is a crowd pleaser. We use the finest organic ground beef and Italian sausage in this recipe. We season it to perfection, then we elevate the dish by stuffing it with prosciutto and mozzarella. Finally, it gets topped with a delicious roasted red pepper sauce. It comes in a HALF order sized pan. (feeds 5 – 6)
